A Rolling Stones fez uma lista com as 50 melhores músicas de 2017, e Harry Styles (ignorado do Grammy), ficou no topo da lista com Sign of the Times que foi o primeiro single solo do cantor após sua saída do One Direction. ‘Sign of the Times fez um barulho instantâneo – uma balada excêntrica ao piano de quase seis minutos, mirando no nível de grandeza glamorosa de David Bowie e Queen, com Styles atingindo notas altas celestiais enquanto engloba a morte e o renascimento.
